Karmada Consulting, a small but rapidly growing boutique consulting firm based in Scottsdale, AZ is looking for 4 top notch, senior .NET developers. The ideal situation is a team of 4 who have worked together in the past. The team could be a lead person and 3 mid-level developers, but all have to be at the top of their game. Otherwise, looking for 4 individual “rock star” .NET developers for a long term contract assignment in Pittsfield, Mass. The developers must be onsite at the client. The assignment is 18 – 24 months with the possibility to extend beyond that.
Each candidate must—

- Excel in developing web apps, middleware and framework objects on the Microsoft stack (C#, ASP.NET, JQuery, MS SQL Server 2008 and version 4 of the .NET framework)
- Have a solid understanding of OOP fundamentals and design-pattern concepts
- Ability to design, architect and build complex, large scale, mission critical applications
- Ability to create an industry specific framework of business objects that future applications can build on
- Employ and understand the value of unit and integration testing, refactoring, and restful architectures
- Actively explore and adopt advances in development tools and techniques
- Have a positive and professional attitude, be flexible and adaptive, and basically know how to get things done
- Have a BS Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Have experience with Microsoft's MVC framework, TFS, ORMs, and/or WCF
- Past experience working in an enterprise environment

- Experience migrating legacy applications to .NET technologies
